We have had such a positive response to our Haunted Depot and this year it will be even better. Where else can one have a Halloween treat for only $5.00?

I worked in the haunted depot last year and we really scared a lot of people. If you are looking for a haunted house to work in and scare some people, this is it.

This is a very good haunted house.

This was the first haunted house I had every been to and let me tell you……… I was so scared that I was screaming laughing (more like hysteria) all the way through it.
I was still shaking when I got home!!! WHAT A THRILL!!!

My grandkids loved us taking them on the “haunted” hayride last year. They loved the facepainting at the depot too. We reccommend that everyone come to Ringgold and get involved. Think Ringgold, Shop Ringgold, Be Ringgold!!

The Haunted Depot is a great attraction for families to try out. This is one of Ringgold’s most exciting things to do. If you aren’t much for touring haunted attractions, then you could always contact the staff of the Depot if you would like to volunteer for make-up, acting, and more.

The room layout is coming together nicely. Thanks for all the input from our Room Directors.

Last year I was a Civil War Soldier and we had fun out by the Haunted Hayride next to the Depot. This is a great chance to scare innocent people half to death, and get community service hours. Don’t be scared to join in the fun.

For the last two years, I have worked in the ticket booth at the Haunted Depot and Hayride. I was totally surprised at how many people came two or three times and brought different friends or family back because they had such a GREAT TIME!!! One girl told us she knew what was about to happen because she had already been through but it didn’t matter – they scared her again.

This is a wonderful event to have in our city each year and we have had so many families attend together. It is much less expensive than other haunted houses so you might want to stop by and eat at one of the local restaurants that will probably be having “haunted specials” and will stay open later than usual. Be sure and check out the hayride. Everyone loved it!!!!

Wow! 88 volunteers showed up last night for our first rehearsal. What a great start! We are ready to scare everyone on opening night, October 22nd!

What about the two young ladies who chickened out BEFORE THEY EVEN GOT IN THE BUILDING. They said they chickened out because of all the screaming they could hear from inside.

Hey, I just wanted to give a big shout to all the folks that made this year’s Haunted Depot great.
First, to our great City of Ringgold and the Ringgold Downtown Development Authority. Second, to Gateway Bank and Trust for being our corporate sponsor. Thirdly, to Richards Restaurant for feeding the volunteers and selling to our guests.
But most importantly, to all the wonderful volunteers that came night after night and worked as actors, prop support, tractor drivers, ticket sellers, guides, make up artists, costumes coordinators, maintenance workers and general support. Without you guys, none of this could have happened. Thank you so much.
This year was the most successful year yet and we hope to build on it for 2010.
Thank you for visiting our Haunted Depot and we will be back in 2010!

This attraction is so good for families. If you love being scared then come here and you will scream. I knew what was in there and I still jumped.
